Amnaya Nexus operates as an independent software studio. We do not engage clients under generic one-size-fits-all web boilerplate. Every project engagement is governed by an individualized, written contract or Statement of Work (SOW):

Payment Schedules

Payment structures vary per project depending on scope, architecture, and complexity (e.g., upfront deposits with final delivery balances, milestone sprints, or ongoing retainers) and are strictly defined within your individual contract.

Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Terms governing source code licensing, repository transfer, infrastructure access, and intellectual property assignment are negotiated and explicitly specified within each client's dedicated agreement.

Post-Launch Support & Warranty

Any warranty periods, stabilization windows, or ongoing maintenance obligations are custom-tailored to the project build and detailed within the respective project contract.

In the event of any conflict between this website copy and an executed client agreement, the executed client agreement shall always take precedence.

Intellectual Property of Website Content

Unless otherwise noted, all custom code, graphic layouts, brand marks, and written copy published on this website are the proprietary property of Amnaya Nexus. Third-party client logos, trademarks, and registered project assets displayed in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are showcased here strictly under portfolio demonstration rights.
